The User shall be solely responsible for all activities happening under his/her Username whether authorised or not. The Owner will not be responsible or liable for any unauthorised use of your account and password to this Website.

Shared Accounts: A Shared Account is controlled by the member who created the account, and whose payment method has been charged (the "Account Owner"). The Account Owner may invite or authorise other third parties to share in their subscription. Any additional users joining in the Shared Account will be required to create their own separate and independent profile to have a distinct and personalized experience with the service(s). The additional users will be able to share the Account as long as the Account Owner retains an active subscription. When the Account Owner cancels or deletes their Account, the shared access is also terminated.

You agree not to register for an Account on behalf of an individual other than yourself or register for an Account on behalf of any group or entity unless you are authorised to bind such person, group or entity to these Terms (see "Shared Accounts" above). By registering another person, group or entity you hereby represent that you are authorised to do so.
Access through Social Networking Sites ("ThirdParty Account"): If you access any service through a SNS as part of the functionality of a service, you may link your Account with Third-Party Accounts, by allowing the Owner to access your Third-Party Account, as is permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third-Party Account.

You represent that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to the Owner and/or grant the Owner access to your Third-Party Account (including, but not limited to, for use for the purposes described herein) without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third-Party Account and without obligating the Owner to pay any fees or making the Owner subject to any usage limitations imposed by such third-party service providers.

By granting the Owner access to any Third-Party Accounts, you understand that the Owner may access, make available and store (if applicable) any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags and/or other materials accessible through the Owner internet properties that you have provided to and stored in your Third-Party Account ("SNS Content") so that it is available on and through the Owner internet properties via your Account.

Unless otherwise specified in the Terms, all SNS Content shall be considered to be your user content for all purposes of these Terms. Depending on the Third-Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third-Party Accounts, information that you post to your Third-Party Accounts may be available on and through your Account on the Owner internet properties.

Please note that if a Third-Party Account or associated service becomes unavailable or the Owner's access to such Third-Party Account is terminated by the third-party service provider, the SNS Content will no longer be available on and through the Owner internet properties. You have the ability to disable the connection between your Account and your Third-Party Accounts at any time by accessing the "Settings" section of the Service.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH SUCH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND THE OWNER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT MAY BE PROVIDED TO IT BY SUCH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS IN VIOLATION OF THE PRIVACY SETTINGS THAT YOU HAVE SET IN SUCH THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS.

The Owner makes no effort to review any SNS Content for any purpose, including but not limited to, for accuracy, legality or non-infringement, and the Owner is not responsible for any SNS Content.
Subscription Fees: The website reserves the right to require payment or subscription fees for any of our Services. At the beginning of each billing period, you will be automatically charged for the entire period. The subscription fees or charges may be changed at any time upon thirty (30) day prior notice to you or such other longer or shorter periods as may be determined at the Owner's absolute discretion, and such notice may be sent by email or posted on the website. Your use of the Services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased or varied fees or charges.

Downgrading your plan may cause the loss of access to some features or capabilities of your Account. The Owner does not accept any liability for any such loss.
Refunds: The website operates on a credit-based system which is consumed during the use of our services and refunds will not be provided once a purchase is made and credits are used.

We believe in our service standards, though we understand that there may be occasions when the services provided do not meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us within the first 24 hours of your issue and we will endeavor to help resolve it.
Referrals: Monetary incentives will only be provided for every successful and approved referral made for paid (premium) subscriptions. The Owner reserves the right to remove, change, or update said incentives without prior notice. Incentives will be settled on an accumulative basis at the Owner's absolute discretion and only after the approved referral earnings have been accumulated up to the minimum sum of S$50 or above.

In the event where it has come to the Owner's attention that the referrals were obtained in bad faith, in a fraudulent or unlawful manner, in a manner that violates the law, this User Agreement or in a manner otherwise not intended by the Owner, the Owner reserves the right to take measures as deemed appropriate at sole and absolute discretion including disentitling and forfeiting any form of monetary incentives payment.
Invitation from approved business accounts: By accepting an invitation from approved business accounts including but not limited to invitation from an educational institution or training provider or hiring agency or any other business account holders of the website to use our services, you agree and consent to us to provide such business account's access to your resumes, your personal data held by us and information about your usage of our services. This information will be used by them for internal reporting, evaluation, and to assist you in advancing your career. You have the right to revoke this access at any time by deleting your account.

4. Restrictions on Use

The Owner authorises the User to view and access the Contents available on or from this Website solely for their personal use.

The User may not sell or modify the Contents or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use such Contents in any way for any public or commercial purposes. The use of the Contents on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.

Except as otherwise provided, the Contents of this Website shall not be reproduced, re-published, uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of the Owner. 6. Deletion or Deactivation of Account

You may request to disable or delete your account by logging into your account and clicking on the "Account Settings" under "My Account" option.

Your User Content can only be deleted from the public view by deactivating or deleting your account by going to your Account Settings section of the website. When you request that your public User Content be deleted, your resume or profiles will no longer be visible to other users within this Website's service(s), but if your User Content, including your information, was previously accessed, stored, shared to others, and/or copied by others, we are unable to delete the information from their systems.

When you deactivate your account or ask that we delete your User Content, we will retain logs and non-personally identifiable information about you along with an archival copy of your information, which is not accessible by you or third parties within this Website's service(s) but which might be used for recordkeeping and internal legitimate business purposes. You also agree and understand that some of the content that we may create for you may not be deleted once uploaded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You further understand that the Owner may keep and use data in various ways as outlined in these Terms. The Owner reserves the right in its sole discretion to investigate and take legal action against anyone who engages in any illegal or prohibited conduct or otherwise violates these Terms of Use, including without limitation removing the user content from this Website and/or terminating the offending User's ability to access this Website and/or use the services.

The Owner may take any other action with respect to user content or User actions that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for the Owner or may cause the Owner to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

The Owner reserves the right without prior notice to access, read preserve and/or disclose the personal information of the User including the contents posted/uploaded by the User if the same is required:

The Owner shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind caused as a result (direct or indirect) of the use of this Website, including but not limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of reliance on the Contents contained in or available from this Website. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with this Website is to stop using this Website.
